Deutsch Aktiv is a language school where you can learn German as a foreign language. Our teaching and courses are based on all levels of the Common European Framework of Reference (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1). You will acquire knowledge about the standard language examinations for university admittance (DSH, telc, TestDaf, ÖSD). Aditionally we offer job-oriented and preparatory additional courses.
In addition to online registration you can pay a visit to our school office. Student consultation is Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. The adress is Brüderweg 2, 44135 Dortmund. The school is located in the city of Dortmund directly at the U-Bahn station Reinoldikirche.
You can take the DSH exam at different universities. You can choose and register at any of the universities that offer the DSH. Although there are slight differences in the conduct of exams, there are three DSH levels for all participating universities depending on your examination results. DSH-1 is 57-67%, DSH-2 is 67-81%, and DSH-3 is 82%. For most studies in Germany you have to proof DSH-2. Some courses also require DSH-3. Please inform yourself about the requirements of your chosen study program! The GErman language exam tests your language proficiency based on the level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference. You requires a certification of a passed C1 coures of our school before application.
